Regrouping at the parking area... will the weather cooperate?  Pull!   This shows use of an ATC to 'mind' the prusik. If a prusik minding pulley is used, the ATC is not needed. Note that the prusik is a bit long for effective progress capture.   A Bachman knot can also be used instead of a prusik and it 'minds' better than a prusik. No ATC needed even if the pulley is not a PMP. Hanging out (or in!)
